Finding Your True Identity As a Man

Paul McGregor is a fascinating character. He’s part men’s fashion guru, part entrepreneur, part coach. But most importantly, he’s a huge advocate for men, helping them access and cultivate parts of themselves that society often ignores or shuns. I’m a huge fan of him and his excellent podcast, The Ultimate Man.

I recently joined Paul to discuss what it takes to find your true identity as a man. During our conversation, I touched on how to improve your confidence, your style, and create a better first impression.  (Paul even reported that this was one of his favorite episodes – so flattering!) He’s particularly passionate about issues around male suicide rates, as it’s a topic that’s touched him personally, and he considers my answer to ‘Why is suicide the biggest killer of men under 50 right now’ to be one of the best he’s heard. Let me know if it resonates with you, too.
